Priority 2: promotion and development of a healthy and safe environment

Budget: 5.3 million euros (50% FEDER)

Main objective: to transform existing neighbourhoods into sustainable ones.

Habitat du Littoral, Centre Social Eclaté de Saint-Martin-Boulogne, City of Saint-Martin-Boulogne, Centre Boulogne Développement

The activities
Activity 1
To improve the standard of living of underprivileged neighbourhoods by creating playing/ sports grounds and ventures which reinforce the security of the inhabitants and favour biodiversity.
Activity 2
To concentrate on awareness, the communication and find new possibilities for improving the design of the recycling services (use of compost, reduction of waste…)
Activity 3
Establishment of improvement works, favouring water and energy saving in the various target neighbourhoods.
Communication
Launching and a final lecture, brochures, folders, seeds packages, film, open days with the inhabitants on the subjects of recycling, open spaces for communities…
